Sweet Hands offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. This does not mean the gloves don’t have a chance for something to go wrong with them. We are a small business striving to make the most high quality, strongest performance and most durable gloves in the game. All we ask is our customers are rational so we can try and accommodate to all your performance needs.

Gloves are our main product as of right now so please be reasonable and know that gloves have the potential to rip or tear. Since the player is becoming bigger, stronger, and faster at all age levels there is a higher probability of this happening. Our goal is to have the strongest most high performance batting gloves in the game.

Size Exchanges

The most efficient way to contact us at matt@sweethandssports.com. For the quickest delivery, please purchase the right product and we will refund you the original product as soon as we receive the return.

We will try and create a return label and send out the correct size the same day. We do this with the allowance that the original product wasn’t used. Please return the item you have and when the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

The most efficient way to contact us is at matt@sweethandssports.com. We will immediately issue you a return label. Once we receive and inspect your returned items to make sure they are in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, we will let you know if the return was approved. We’ll also request the receipt or proof of purchase.  If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please contact us at matt@sweethandssports.com

Exceptions / non-returnable items

If you have worn or used the gear, those products are not eligible for a refund or a size exchange.  Items that are purchased on sale of with a discount code are not eligible for the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
